Proof attachments and transaction records are used solely for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and administrative review. They are not shared publicly.

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect user information. Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and should never share passwords or account credentials with others.

Card Markaz provides digital products and services including gift cards, top-ups, digital credits, subscriptions, and other electronically delivered products.

Before placing an order, customers must carefully verify all delivery information including email addresses, account IDs, usernames, recipient details, product selections, and purchase amounts.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled, delivered, activated, processed, redeemed, or successfully completed.

Refunds cannot be approved for orders delivered to incorrect email addresses, incorrect account information, incorrect user IDs, wrong recipient details, incorrect product selections, or any information entered incorrectly by the customer.

Refund requests may only be considered if payment was successfully completed but the order could not be fulfilled due to a technical issue on our side, duplicate payment, or product unavailability. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Card Markaz.
